We’re hiring the person who will help build the next generation of Strive. 🚀

Over the next three years, we plan to hire 100+ people across Strive and our growing group of recruitment businesses.

To do that properly, we need someone whose entire focus is finding, attracting and hiring exceptional people.

This isn’t an HR role.

You’ll own talent acquisition across the business:

→ Build our internal hiring strategy

→ Headhunt the best recruiters and salespeople in the market

→ Build talent pools before we need them

→ Own our employer brand and recruitment marketing

→ Run interviews and help improve our assessment process

→ Work directly with our leadership team on headcount planning

→ Help us hire 100+ people over the next three years

We’re looking for someone commercial, proactive and comfortable picking up the phone and headhunting people who aren't actively looking.

You could already work in internal TA.

You could be an agency recruiter who loves recruitment but wants to move away from billing.

You could be a strong recruiter who wants to build something internally rather than inherit an existing process.

The title? We don't really care.

Talent Lead. Head of Talent. Internal Recruiter. People & Talent.

What matters is that you want to own it.
