Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of customers
- Comply with the scheduling as directed by the Regional Manager, targeting a minimum of 25 sessions per week after training
- Always maintain a positive attitude when working with clients
- Dress professionally according to the current dress code highlighted in the company handbook.
- Contribute to the team environment
- Clock in and out as required in the handbook
- Other duties as assigned
Required knowledge skills and abilities:
- Must be able to manage time effectively
- Must be proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, processes and procedures
- Must be able to efficiently service and maintain a client base
As a Stretch Zone Stretch Practitioner, you will also be expected to:
- Provide our client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
- Serve clients, as well as maintains and reinforces the culture of Stretch Zone in all activities. Our clients are given an individualized program that suits their specific needs.
- Keep clients on schedule with their programs.
- All team members clean and maintain the store.
- Partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and comfortable atmosphere for all clients.
Health, Wellness and Fitness Professionals Compensation :
$16/per hour base pay + performance based commission on first time client sessions resulting in a membership.
