ABOUT THE ROLEThe Whitehaven Ambassador serves as the dedicated in‑market brand authority for Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc in the primary market of Boston, MA and secondary seasonal markets of Cape Cod, MA & Newport, RI, representing the brand’s premium image and values across both trade and consumer touch points. This role is responsible for elevating brand visibility and advocacy by building strong relationships with key on‑premise accounts, engaging distributor and sales partners, and creating memorable consumer experiences that drive trial, affinity, and loyalty. The Ambassador will recruit, hire, train, and lead a team of Brand Sampling Advocates who will authentically connect Whitehaven to its target audience, ensuring best‑in‑class education, execution, and storytelling in every interaction.
Qualified candidates will possess a strong understanding of the local market, consumer lifestyle, and cultural landscape, along with a passion for premium wine and the ability to influence through creativity, professionalism, and strategic insight.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThe Whitehaven Brand Ambassador is responsible for driving brand growth, advocacy, and visibility across key markets through trade relationships, consumer engagement, and strategic execution. Core functions include:
