We are seeking a proactive and personable Field Customer Retention Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our existing client base. In this role, you will transition from behind-the-screen analytics to the field, visiting client sites to engage with inactive or underperforming accounts. You will be the "boots on the ground," troubleshooting service barriers, demonstrating the value of our automated replenishment systems, and renewing our partners' commitment to the Stockee ecosystem.
