Who We Want

• Teams of 2–3 preferred; skilled solo painters will be considered
• Tier 1 skills: prep, cutting in, rolling, spraying — clean, consistent, high-quality finishes every time
• People who stay on a job until the customer is genuinely satisfied, not just signed off
• People who understand the difference between finishing a job and earning a 5-star review
