Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMFT / LCSW / LPCC) - Full-Time
ERA ED, a division of The Stepping Stones Group
Location: Oxnard, CA (and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Pay: $43 - $47 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Language Requirement: Bilingual - English/Spanish Required

About the Role
ERA ED, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for a full-time Licensed Mental Health Clinician in Oxnard, CA. We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC with a passion for serving children, adolescents, and families in school and community settings.
This role works across home and school-based settings, partnering with school districts and IEP teams to deliver high-quality, culturally responsive mental health services. You will join a supportive clinical team with experienced mentors and a clear mission: transforming the lives of the students and families we serve.

Responsibilities
Direct Clinical Services
  • Deliver short-term, strengths-based individual and group counseling targeting coping skills, behavioral support, and academic engagement
  • Facilitate psychoeducation and family sessions to engage caregivers as partners in student care
  • Respond to crises including risk assessment and safety planning
  • Provide culturally responsive, bilingual (English/Spanish) services to students and families
School and Community Collaboration
  • Partner with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate student support
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with IEP team members
  • Lead workshops and school-wide Mental Health Awareness in-services for staff
  • Connect students and families to community resources and coordinate care across systems
Documentation and Professional Development
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with CYBHI/Medi-Cal and agency standards
  • Participate in weekly supervision and required training programs

Requirements
  • Active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required - must be able to provide clinical services in both languages
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Availability Monday through Friday; ability to commit to 40 hours per week
  • Clinical experience with children and/or adolescents preferred
  • School-based service experience preferred
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
