HVAC Installer (Entry Level)
Location: O'Fallon, MO, 63366
Stay Cool Climate Control is hiring an Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician to join our installation team. If you're dependable, enjoy working with your hands, and want to build a career in the skilled trades, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
No extensive experience is required—we're looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installations
- Load, transport, and organize tools and materials
- Help install equipment, ductwork, and system components
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Learn proper installation techniques and safety procedures
- Work with experienced installers to complete projects efficiently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors
- Valid driver's license Required
