About the Role

Start CDL is looking for a motivated, self-driven salesperson to help connect prospective students with our CDL truck driving training programs. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for someone who wants to earn money on their own schedule while doing meaningful work that helps people launch new careers in the trucking industry. This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with no set hours-you control when and how much you work. Earnings are tier-based depending on the course package the enrolled student selects, giving you the potential to grow your income as you grow your sales skills.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to prospective students interested in CDL training
• Explain our available course options, pricing, and enrollment process
• Guide leads through the sign-up process and answer their questions
• Provide accurate course details, tuition pricing, and direct contact information (all materials and scripts provided)
• Follow up with leads to close enrollments and maximize your commission tier
• Maintain basic records of outreach and conversions

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals comfortable with commission-based pay

• Prior sales or call center experience preferred but not required
• Reliable phone/internet access to make calls and follow up with leads
• Must be able to work as an independent contractor (1099)

Compensation

This is a commission-only position. Pay is structured in tiers based on the specific CDL course package the student enrolls in — the more comprehensive the program sold, the higher your commission. There is no cap on earnings; income is entirely based on performance.
