Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associates to join our team. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Linwood/Lexington location and work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
Location: Linwood/Lexington
Shifts Available: 1st & 3rd Shift
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation

Duties & Responsibilities
- Work scheduled 12-hour shifts
- Safely operate forklifts and lift trucks
- Pick, pull, stage, load, and unload product accurately
- Read and follow shop orders, production schedules, and verbal/written instructions
- Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Report equipment malfunctions or operational issues to maintenance and supervisors
- Assist other departments as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the shift
- Follow all company safety rules and regulations
- Demonstrate punctuality and dependable attendance
- Work proactively with minimal supervision
PPE Requirements
- Safety glasses and hearing protection (provided)
- Steel-toe/safety shoes (required; employee purchased)
Physical Requirements
- Lift, carry, and move 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Stand and walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift
- Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and reaching
Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and well-organized; able to work independently
- Prior experience in a manufacturing facility preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Flexible and willing to perform multiple job functions as needed
- Forklift certification preferred or prior forklift operating experience
- Machine operating experience preferred
- Warehouse experience preferred
