Position Description
Oversee and work alongside a crew of employees to assist in Asphalt Road Work such as Milling, Road Prep and Asphalt Application. Ensure a quality job while communicating with Project Managers, Employees and the General Public. Record keeping and reporting employee and equipment hours. Issuance of discipline with the assistance of Human Resources.
Position Requirements
  • The ability to get along with employees while maintaining a leadership role.
  • Must be available to work some Saturdays and the occasional night job.
  • Willingness to run Milling Machine if needed and work as a crew member.
  • Communication skills required.
  • Must treat employees with respect.
  • Drug Test, Background Screening and Motor Vehicle Report apply.
  • Experience not required but preferred.
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment for fellow employees and the traveling public
