What You’ll Do

• Lead daily wash operations and keep the site running smoothly.

• Work directly alongside the team during busy periods, including guiding vehicles, assisting customers, and keeping the property guest-ready.

• Coach and train employees in real time on customer service, sales, safety, and operating procedures.

• Help drive membership sales and make sure guests receive a positive experience.

• Assist with opening/closing responsibilities, breaks, checklists, cleanliness, basic maintenance, and other daily operational needs.

• Problem solve when things don’t go according to plan.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of management experience is required.
• Leadership: You’re comfortable giving direction, coaching others, and holding people accountable.
• Reliability: Your team can count on you to show up and follow through.
• Positive Energy: You can stay steady and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-On Mentality: You’re willing to jump in and do the same work you ask your team to do.
• Customer amp; Sales Focus: You enjoy working with customers and helping your team achieve sales goals.
• Availability: Regular afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is required.
• Outdoor Work: You must be comfortable working outside year-round and staying active throughout your shift.
