Primary Care Physician Board Certified/Eligible
St. Cloud, Brainerd & Montevideo, MN
Stafingo Central Minnesota Contract / 1099 Independent Contractor
About the Role
Stafingo is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physicians (Internal Medicine or Family Practice) to provide on-site care at VA facilities in central Minnesota. We are filling 4 full-time positions: 2 at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center, 1 at the Brainerd Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), and 1 at the Montevideo Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). This is a steady, long-term contract engagement (base year plus two option years).
Schedule
Monday Friday, standard clinic hours 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Full-time equivalent: 2,080 hours/year per physician
No nights, no call, no weekends
Overtime hours available and paid at a premium rate
Compensation
$175/hour for standard clinic hours
$262.50/hour for overtime hours (1.5x standard rate)
Weekly or bi-weekly direct deposit
Malpractice/professional liability insurance provided
Workers' compensation coverage provided
Requirements
Current, full and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state, territory, or DC (Minnesota license required prior to start)
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
Active DEA registration
National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Ability to pass VA credentialing/privileging (VetPro) and background vetting
Current ACLS/BLS certification
Up-to-date immunizations/screenings per CDC guidance
Clean OIG exclusion list status
Fluent English (spoken and written)

Services are provided on-site at VA facilities in central Minnesota the St. Cloud VA Medical Center and the Brainerd and Montevideo Community Based Outpatient Clinics delivering primary care to Veterans across the region.
