Position: Accountant

Company: Manufactures Paper containers

Location: Oldsmar, Fl

Pay Rate: TBA

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5pm

Accountant Responsibilities:

·       Managing the company’s day-to-day accounting operations

·       Providing general administrative support

·       Overseeing Accounts payable and accounts receivables, general ledger maintenance, cash management

·       Payroll journal entries

·       Tax Reporting

·       Shipping documentation

What will you need as an Accountant?

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related Field
  • Two or more years of accounting, finance, or business administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize, multiple tasks, indecently, and meet deadlines.
