Job Summary:

Lead Mechanical Engineer responsible for managing mechanical design delivery across projects, leading teams, ensuring technical quality, and maintaining client and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead mechanical design strategy and project delivery.
  • Manage and supervise mechanical engineering teams.
  • Ensure design compliance with international standards and statutory regulations.
  • Oversee coordination across all disciplines.
  • Review and approve technical deliverables.
  • Interface with clients, authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Support commercial awareness and resource planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (master’s is a plus).
  • strong experience in Gulf projects is mandatory
  • Minimum 13 years of mechanical building design experience.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and design software.
  • Professional membership (CIBSE, ASHRAE, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
