Position at Springview Academy
Do you enjoy working with young children and being part of a positive, supportive school community?
We're looking for an Assistant Teachers to join our team at Springview Academy in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, caring, and excited to support young learners in a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
As an Assistant Infant or Toddler Teacher, you'll work closely with Lead Teachers to help create meaningful learning experiences and support children as they grow and develop.
Classroom We're Hiring For
  • Toddlers
⏰ Schedule
Monday-Friday
8:30am - 5:30pm
8:00am - 5:00pm
No nights. No weekends.
Compensation
$15-$16 per hour, based on education and experience
PLUS: $500 Sign-On Bonus!
  • $250 paid after 30 days of employment
  • $250 paid after 90 days of employment

What You'll Do
  • Support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities
  • Help implement activities that support children's emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development
  • Create and maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Take direction, accept feedback, and continuously grow in your role
  • Follow all licensing, safety, and center policies
• What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Previous childcare or classroom experience is a plus
  • CDA or higher is a plus
  • Ability to pass all required background checks
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of working with young children, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
