Responsibilities:
Assist with daily office operations
Manage client and lender communications
Supervise office staff and ensure tasks are completed accurately
Handle email correspondence and account updates
Monitor vehicle status updates and reporting
Assist with payroll, scheduling, and administrative duties
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Maintain professionalism with clients, transporters, and employees
Requirements:
Previous office management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
