Spaulding Township

Spaulding Township, 5025 East Rd., Saginaw County, MI is seeking applicants for the position of Township Secretary to replace our retiring secretary who will remain onsite for training purposes.  This position may entail 25 or more hours per week; hourly wage is negotiable.  Duties include township office administration, accounts payable, cash receipting, general ledger/accounting, permits, rentals, record keeping, and many other clerical responsibilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to compose letters, concise email correspondence, handle complaints in a proper manner, and maintain confidentiality is a must. Experience with BS&A software is a plus but not required.
