We’re on the hunt for a driven, high-energy leader to take the reins as General Manager of one of Austin’s top Lifestyle nightlife destinations. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to keep both guests and staff energized, this is your chance to shine.

The GM will oversee all aspects of the nightclub—leading the team, managing operations, keeping finances on point, and making sure every guest leaves with an unforgettable experience. We’re looking for someone who can balance the business side with the fun side, keeping things running smoothly while maintaining the vibe that keeps people coming back.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, hire, and train a rockstar staff
• Schedule and manage the team to deliver amazing customer service every night
• Oversee daily operations, from opening to close
• Handle cash flow, payroll, and reporting
• Address customer concerns and turn problems into positive experiences
• Keep the venue looking sharp, safe, and up to code
• Take on other tasks as needed to keep the club at its best

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of management experience in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment
• Strong leadership and communication skills—you can motivate a team and keep things moving
• Problem-solver who stays cool under pressure
• Must be 21+ with eligibility to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license

• Night and weekend availability required (this is nightlife, after all!)
• Expect late nights, high energy, and plenty of moving around the venue
• Professional, polished look while representing the brand
• Ability to keep confidence and professionalism in a fast-paced setting

Perks

• Pay: $55,000 – $65,000 annually (depending on experience)
