Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile upon entering and leaving the store.
• Manage transactions efficiently using a cash register.
• Ensure accurate pricing and quantities while scanning goods.
• Accept payments in cash, credit, or check, providing change and receipts.
• Bag and wrap purchased goods for safe transport.
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Assist customers with returns, refunds, and complaints.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and in a fast-food is a plus.
• Good math skills and basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to effectively resolve customer complaints.
