Since 1998, it has backed 2,000+ startups — including PayPal, Dropbox, SoundHound, and LendingClub — and operates across 65+ locations and 20+ verticals, combining venture investing with a global network of 550+ corporate partners.**Role Overview**Plug and Play is expanding its Enterprise & AI Ventures team and hiring a technical Associate to evaluate complex AI/enterprise software products and translate diligence into clear investment decisions.**Key Responsibilities**- Build and refine investment theses across Enterprise AI and adjacent infrastructure (data, security, devtools, agentic systems)- Source and evaluate early-stage companies via inbound, outbound, and ecosystem channels- Conduct technical diligence: architecture reviews, data infrastructure evaluation, scalability analysis- Track emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and venture activity- Engage corporate partners to understand technology gaps and facilitate startup introductions- Maintain market maps, startup databases, and competitive intelligence; produce research reports and investment memos**Qualifications**Engineering mindset; ability to operate at the intersection of AI systems, enterprise workflows, and venture investing.Apply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
