Job Summary:
Deccan AI is a model training and eval startup headquartered in the Bay Area, seeking an AI Marketer/DevRel to bridge the gap between product, community, and storytelling. The role involves crafting narratives, demos, and community programs to inspire builders and showcase the company's technology.
Responsibilities:
• Build awareness and adoption through technical content, tutorials, and campaigns.
• Represent the brand across social, community, and event platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Discord, GitHub, conferences).
• Create AI product demos, case studies, and experiments that showcase real-world use cases.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to translate new releases into engaging developer stories.
• Foster and grow our developer and AI research community through online and offline initiatives.
• Experiment with data-led marketing, A/B testing, and content performance analytics.
• Stay on top of AI trends and use them to shape thought-leadership content and brand positioning.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2–6 years of experience in developer relations, technical marketing, or growth content.
• Ability to communicate complex AI or ML concepts with clarity and creativity.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, APIs, and model workflows (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
• Strong storytelling, content creation, and public speaking skills.
• Experience building audience or community engagement in the developer ecosystem.
Preferred:
• Ability to code in Python/JS and build quick technical demos or integrations.
