The Night Club Security Specialist at Peek Nightclub plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff during busy weekend nights. Working within a team of 5 to 10 security members and reporting to the Security Manager, this role focuses on crowd monitoring, conflict management, and enforcing safety protocols to ensure smooth nightclub operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor crowds to identify and manage potential risks
• Control access to the venue, verifying IDs and credentials
• Manage conflicts tactfully to prevent escalation
• Verify identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements
• Document and report security incidents accurately
• Enforce all safety and security policies within the club
• Engage professionally with customers to promote a safe atmosphere

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in security roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possession of a Private Investigator’s License Board (PILB) certification
• Valid gaming card
• Driver’s license
