About the Position

Solero Columbus is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care, support the health and well-being of individuals served, and work collaboratively with other members of the care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established care plans, policies, and procedures.
• Assess individuals' health status and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Monitor vital signs and other clinical indicators as required.
• Communicate changes in condition to appropriate medical providers and members of the care team.
• Coordinate and follow up on medical appointments, treatments, and recommendations.
• Provide education and support to individuals and their families or caregivers.
• Maintain accurate medical records and required documentation.
• Respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergencies.
• Promote health, safety, dignity, and independence.
• Work collaboratively with direct-care staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow infection-control, medication-management, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in care planning and ongoing evaluation of services.
• Perform other nursing and clinical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain as required.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, professional, and respectful approach to patient care.
• Ability to work independently and respond appropriately to changing needs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare privacy requirements.

Schedule

Full-Time Day Shift

• Full-time daytime schedule
• Every other weekend required
• Additional schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.
