About the Role:

You are NOT closing the final technical solar deal. You are opening the door, collecting the utility bill, and setting up the appointment.

What You’ll Do:

• Talk to homeowners face-to-face in designated local neighborhoods.
• Help homeowners locate and provide a copy of their current utility bill.
• Answer basic questions about energy savings and schedule a time for our senior consultants to present a custom solar design.
• Represent our brand with honesty, energy, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• High energy, a positive attitude, and thick skin (you can handle a "no" with a smile).
• Excellent verbal communication skills—you enjoy talking to strangers.
• Ability to walk and stand outdoors for the duration of your shift.
• Reliable transportation to get to your assigned local territory.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or athletics is a huge plus!
