Patron Experience
Greet patrons, monitor safety, provide event information, answer questions and direct patrons at various locations from the parking lot to the venue entrance.
Monitor no-touch ticket scanner pedestals and use hand-held scanners as needed.
This role often requires standing inside and outside for the entire shift (anywhere from 2-6 hours depending on the event and your shift position).
Must be consistently available to work nights and weekends.
Qualifications:
Suitable candidates will be friendly, eager to learn and be of service.
Demonstrate highly responsible and professional behavior.
Enjoy working with the public and providing a positive patron experience.
Previous job experience is highly recommended, but all candidates are encouraged to apply.

Required:
Must commit to continued front of house employment at the Performing Arts Center through the 2026/2027 season, working 90% of all performances including added shows and the class of 2027 commencement (unless part of graduating class).
Must be proficient and comfortable communicating primarily in English with Patrons.
Ability to monitor your email daily, responding to all PAC related correspondences within 24-hours.
Hours for this job will vary weekly based on Soka Performing Arts Center events. All current scheduled Soka Performing Arts events can be found at https://www.soka.edu/soka-performing-arts-center/tickets-events/calendar-eventsbut events may be added throughout the season.

16.90The base salary range for this position is listed above. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, experience and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the range listed here.
