Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health conditions and establish effective, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using personalized approaches that resonate with each client's unique experiences and backgrounds.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, tracking their progress to adjust treatment methods as necessary.
• Engage in group supervision and clinical discussions, sharing insights and learning from colleagues to enhance overall service delivery.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals who face mobility challenges or prefer remote options.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with ethical standards to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives to broaden clinical competencies and stay abreast of evolving trends in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LMFT in this role will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, children, and LGBTQIA clients. A focus on culturally competent care will ensure that practitioners are equipped to meet the needs of clients from various backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment for healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A valid and current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• At least 2 years of full-time counseling experience, specifically in therapeutic settings.
• Relevant experience working with couples, families, and individuals from diverse backgrounds, including marginalized groups.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in providing therapy to clients of color and the LGBTQIA community will be considered a significant asset.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and creating adaptive treatment plans conducive to remote care.
• Involvement in community outreach or local health initiatives that support mental health awareness will enhance the application.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional possibilities for a sign-on bonus. The compensation package includes:
