**About Us**
Sneed Auto Repair is a trusted independent repair shop committed to delivering honest, high-quality service to our community. We take pride in our work and are looking for a skilled technician who shares that same standard.
**The Role**
We are hiring a full-time Automotive Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on diagnostic and repair role — not a lube tech position. We need someone who can confidently identify problems, communicate findings, and get the job done right the first time.
**What You'll Do**
- Perform advanced diagnostics on a wide range of vehicle makes and models
- Carry out complex mechanical and electrical repairs
- Inspect vehicles and accurately document findings
- Communicate repair needs clearly to service advisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
**What We're Looking For**
- 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- ASE certification(s) a strong plus but not essential
- Proven diagnostic experience — not limited to routine maintenance
- Must own your own tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Professional, dependable, and a team player
**What We Offer**
- Competitive pay (based on experience)
- Medical and dental benefits package (eligible after 90 days)
- Retirement plan option
- Stable, full-time hours in a supportive shop environment
**Hours**

Major Holidays off
