Smooth Solutions MedSpa is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Physician Assistant to join our dedicated dermatology team in Strasburg, Colorado. This full-time position primarily involves providing aesthetic dermatological care within a hospital setting. Work Environment

As a part of our facility based in Strasburg, CO, you will work onsite within a hospital environment designed for optimal patient comfort and safety. The setting offers modern treatment rooms equipped with the latest technology, including Diode Laser for hair removal, IPL devices, PRP, Micro-needling, and Chemical Peel equipment. Your role will not only involve direct patient care but also maintaining adherence to infection-control protocols, ensuring a clean and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and various laser treatments to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Implement systematic follow-up protocols to ensure high patient retention and satisfaction.
• Conduct comprehensive skincare consultations, recommending appropriate treatment packages and retail products.
• Maintain meticulous charting and detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Provide clear instructions and compassionate guidance to patients regarding their medical care and anticipated treatment results.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations by committing to ongoing education about federal, state, and local laws.
• Participate in educational workshops and stay updated with industry trends to enhance personal and team knowledge.
• Foster brand loyalty by promoting Smooth Solutions MedSpa’s mission and values during patient interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our services is on patients seeking dermatological solutions for aesthetic improvements. You will interact with individuals facing various skin concerns, particularly acne, skin texture issues, and other dermatological conditions. Your empathetic approach and professional demeanor will be vital in helping patients navigate their treatment journeys, enhancing their confidence and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience as a Physician Assistant within a MedSpa or similar environment.
• A valid Physician Assistant license with all necessary certifications in good standing.
• Demonstrated ability to provide a professional, warm, and confident bedside manner.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with EMR systems, preferably for at least one year.
• Strong background in aesthetic practices and familiarity with injectable procedures and laser therapies.
• Possession of additional certifications such as Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or PA-C is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
