Smooth Media produces standout brand experiences and cultural moments. Our events team builds everything from intimate activations to large-scale productions. We're growing our freelance bench of trusted producers, crew, on-site staff, creatives, and vendor partners we can call on for upcoming projects.
What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end production for assigned events: scoping, budgeting, timelines, vendor management, on-site execution
- - Partner with clients and internal creative teams to translate concepts into deliverable plans
- - Manage crews, vendors, and freelancers across pre-pro, load-in, show, and load-out
- - Anticipate and solve problems in real time on-site
- - Keep detailed run-of-show, budget trackers, and post-event wrap docs
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years producing branded events, activations, or live experiences
- - Track record managing project budgets end-to-end
- - Comfort working with a variety of client types and creative directors
- - Strong vendor Rolodex in your primary markets
- - Cool head, sharp eye, tight follow-through
