Job Description
SMArtX Advisory Solutions, a rapidly growing financial services technology company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, seeks a Asset Manager Solutions Specialist to join our Manager Solutions team. This team is responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management of all third-party asset managers on the SMArtX platform.
About the Role
As an Asset Manager Solutions Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new asset managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. You will be vital in organizing and executing onboarding workflows, managing product builds, maintaining a pipeline of new managers, and serving as a key point of contact across multiple internal teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive individual passionate about financial services and investment technology.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the configuration and launch of new investment products on the SMArtX platform.
  • Collaborate with third-party asset managers to collect and process onboarding materials.
  • Maintain and monitor a pipeline of new manager engagements and product buildouts.
  • Establish and maintain firm and product records on the platform.
  • Track and verify investment performance data.
  • Respond to asset manager inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
  • Generate and deliver ad-hoc reports as needed.

Qualifications
Required:
  • 0-3 years of professional experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage deliverables and timelines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative mindset to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
  • In Office Position - Headquarters in Downtown West Palm Beach

Preferred:
  • Experience in financial technology.
  • Project management experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
