Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • An active and unblemished Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
  • Exceptional proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and a solid foundation in current orthopedic rehabilitation practices.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, to ensure precise documentation.
  • A commitment to ongoing education and staying current with advancements in physical therapy methodologies.
Preferred Experience
  • 1-3 years of clinical experience in orthopedic outpatient settings, preferred.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Demonstrated success in managing patient caseloads efficiently while achieving high patient satisfaction and positive outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
