Opened in mid-March 2026 at the iconic Bal Harbour Shops, Slim’s is a steakhouse concept from renowned restaurateur Stephen Starr, whose Miami favorites such as Makoto, Le Zoo, and Pastis have become synonymous with style and exceptional dining. At Slim’s, the timeless allure of a classic steakhouse meets the cinematic glamour of old Hollywood, brought to life through lush leather seating, vintage-inspired art, and an atmosphere that feels both refined and inviting. With prime cuts, expertly crafted cocktails, and Starr’s signature attention to every detail, Slim’s has quickly established itself as a must-visit destination in Miami’s luxury dining scene.
Slim’s is in search of Back Waiters who are excited to be part of a large, passionate, cohesive team providing genuine hospitality to create memorable dining experiences.

Desired candidates will have:
- 2+ years of busser, back waiter, or runner experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
- Polished and professional demeanor, with a warm and hospitable attitude
- Passion for hospitality and a strong desire to deliver exceptional service
- Positive, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to excellence
- Proficiency in reading and speaking English
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
