Full Job Description

Qualifications (must haves):

• Be a licensed esthetician in the state of California
• Ideally, 1+ years of hands-on experience performing facial services- but willing to train the right candidate!
• Comfortable and capable of performing 4-8 facials per weekend
• Must be able to work on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays are a must -- possibly Fridays too)
• Live locally (near Long Beach, CA)
• Live a healthy lifestyle and understand the importance of nutrition for the skin
• Be kind, reliable, punctual, eager to learn, and excited to grow with us!

The Job (what's expected):

• Provide 60 and 90 minute facial services to clients in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain an excellent retail sales to service ratio; check out and rebook clients
• Be an excellent communicator via texting with myself and clients who reach out, even on your days off.
• Participate fully in maintaining backbar orders; ship out products to clients
• Participate in all advanced training and certificate programs
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness; Perform monthly deep-clean responsibilities in your room.
• We do offer full-body waxing (though we mainly do facials) so ideally you'd be comfortable with waxing already- but willing to train the right candidate!
