About This Role

Join us as a Staff Frontend Engineer to lead the development of SkillRouter's dashboard, developer tools, and user-facing applications. You'll shape the technical direction of our frontend stack and mentor a growing team.

What You'll Do

• Lead frontend architecture decisions and technical strategy
• Build performant, accessible React applications with TypeScript
• Design and implement component libraries and design systems
• Optimize web performance and user experience
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams
• Mentor engineers and establish frontend best practices

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Expert-level React and TypeScript skills
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization
• Experience with modern build tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering
• Knowledge of WebSocket and real-time applications
• Experience building developer tools or dashboards
