JOB OVERVIEW
The Marketing and Communications Specialist will play a vital role inestablishingbrand recognition,organizingand executing events, managing relationships with partners, guests, film studio reps, and on-sitetalent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Work jointly with location management and corporate entities todeterminemarketing and promotional goals and systems.
Collaborate with publicity and events teams to develop mutually beneficial public relations and advertising opportunities.
Oversee the planning and execution of major theatrical releases and associated promotions.
Oversee the planning and execution of private rentals, parties, andspecial events.
Work with corporate members to govern public, media, and press relationships.
Represent the B&B mission and core values.
Accurately report on efforts to relevant parties.
Assistwith any theatre-relateddutiesas necessary.
Cleaning.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have theavailabilityto open and/or close regularly.
Demonstrated talent, creativity, organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities.
Extensive experience in marketing and event management.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstratedproficiencyin developing and executing promotional strategies.
Expertise inevent planning and execution.
Comprehensive knowledge of public relations and media relations.
Strong alignment with B&BTheatres'mission and core values.
Strong reporting skills.
Ability toassistwith various theater-related duties.
Mustbe at least 18 years old.
