About this role The Role

As our Impact & Partnerships lead, you will own the growth, quality, and experience of Simpli's charity network — the foundation on which every donation, every match, and every piece of verified impact is built.

You'll expand our network of charity partners through growth strategies, active outbound, and creative solutions. You'll serve as Simpli's gemologist — evaluating and selecting the most brand-aligned charities for each donation and crafting thoughtful allocation strategies. And you'll help instill unforgettable lollipop moments into the DNA of our charity experience, working directly with our CTO to shape the product that charities rely on every day.

As a secondary focus, you'll support go-to-market efforts by engaging with the Growth team to source and close new corporate brand partnerships.

Key Focus Areas 1. Impact Expansion — Primary Focus (55%)

Grow Simpli's network of world-class charity partners — unlocking the placement capacity and geographic reach that powers our growth engine. Every partner added is a fully-vetted, on-platform blue-chip charity we can put in front of Fortune 500 clients with confidence.

• Drive outbound recruitment and design creative acquisition strategies
• Monitor network health metrics across mission diversity and geographic coverage
• Work closely with the Impact Domain Lead on strategy and execution

2. Impact Allocation — Secondary Focus (25%)

Act as Simpli's gemologist — placing the right products with the right partners at the right moment, optimizing for brand alignment, speed, distribution velocity, and full traceability.

• Balance placements across high-impact smaller homes and large-scale mega-charity partners
• Maintain a continuous feedback loop with Impact and Delight teams to sharpen allocation strategy and inform product improvements

Represent the Impact Division in Simpli's commercial efforts — bringing real partnership outcomes and allocation depth into client, prospect, and leadership conversations.

• Attend select conferences and meetings as the embedded Impact Lead alongside the Growth team
• Support the creation of brand-facing materials grounded in on-the-ground impact data
