What You'll Be Doing

As a Line Cook at The Silo Restaurant, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards.
- Ensuring all dishes are presented beautifully and consistently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
- Assisting with food prep, inventory, and restocking as needed.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who loves cooking and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or Pizza Line experience.
- A strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality food every time.
