Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.
• Utilize secure virtual tools to deliver evidence-based therapy, adapting your approach to cater to the unique requirements of each client, ensuring they receive the most effective support.
• Engage with clients to collaboratively establish therapeutic goals and continuously provide the necessary support throughout their treatment journey.
• Incorporate diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to fit clients' preferences and treatment objectives, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and outcomes, using our integrated electronic health record system to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. This variety brings richness to your work as you learn new techniques to address different client needs, ensuring tailored care to promote each client’s mental wellness.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in empathetic conversations and build rapport with clients remotely.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseloads and adhere to documentation protocols.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient setting, preferably in a virtual therapy context.
• Additional certifications or training in specialized therapeutic approaches or populations.
• Proven track record of successful client outcomes, showcasing your dedication to improving mental health.
