Maintenance Technician responsibilities:
- Geneal maintenance skills
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Organization when filling out work orders and service logs
- Turning apartment units
- Communication and coordination with vendors
- Fixing any and all issues occurring in an apartment
- Maintaining grounds
- Snow removal
- 24/hr maintenance emergency phone
- Communication with regional managers
- Communication with vendors and contractors
- Rehabbing and turning units in a timely manner
- 9AM-5PM Work hours Monday-Friday
