Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic litigation attorney who can handle complex legal matters from inception through trial. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload with particular emphasis on eminent domain proceedings and general litigation matters, while contributing to the firm's continued growth and success.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Expertise:

• Minimum 10+ years of litigation experience
• Proven trial experience with first chair responsibilities
• Demonstrated plaintiff-side experience
• Strong background in real estate law and transactions
• Exceptional legal research and analytical skills

Professional Skills:

• Strong mathematical aptitude for complex valuation and damages calculations
• Business development capabilities and rainmaking potential
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation matters from case inception through resolution
• Serve as first chair in trials and other court proceedings
• Conduct thorough legal research and case preparation
• Represent clients in eminent domain proceedings and related real estate disputes
• Perform sophisticated financial and mathematical analyses for case valuations
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to business development and firm growth initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal strategies
