As a vital member of our healthcare team, our Occupational Therapist (OT) - Skilled Nursing plays a crucial role in helping our patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled OT to join our dynamic team at Shoreline Post Acute in Toledo, Ohio.

About the Role:

  • As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

    • Design and implement personalized therapy plans to achieve patient goals

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and challenges

    • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient function and independence
