Standard hours are 8 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities for those who want to earn more.You spend your day installing snowplows, salters, and accessory equipment with precision and pride. You handle wiring and controller setups, troubleshoot hydraulic systems, and ensure every installation meets manufacturer standards. You collaborate with your team, share insights, and tackle challenges head-on, all while knowing your work keeps customers ready for winter storms.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUYour own tools for equipment installationA valid driver's licenseExperience with Fisher and/or Western EquipmentStrong mechanical skills and ability to accurately read and implement manufacturer installation manualsExperience with plow mount and wiring installations across a diverse range of vehicle makes and modelsAbility to safely lift over 75 lbs and thrive in a dynamic shop environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipExperience installing LED lighting, strobe kits, and auxiliary electrical accessories is preferred2+ years of experience in snow equipment installation is preferredOUR STORYFor nearly five decades, our customers have trusted us to keep their trucks, trailers, and snow gear running strong.
