Information Technology Support Engineer
Location: Bellingham, WA (Onsite)
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Support Technician to provide onsite desktop and end user support across multiple client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite End User Computing (EUC) and desktop support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
- Handle incidents, service requests, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and break-fix activities.
- Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, and remote support tools.
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops.
- Manage software deployment, patching, and endpoint administration using SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
- Perform desktop imaging, software installations, upgrades, and updates.
- Support printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Active Directory related issues.
- Use ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for ticket management.
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide VIP and executive support when required.
Required Skills
- 2 to 4 years of Desktop Support / End User Computing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Hands-on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, and remote support tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
