Location: Orlando, FL Curry Ford West
Pay: Competitive hourly (based on experience)
Schedule: Overnight shift – starts at 9:00 PM, some weekends required

We’re a locally owned, craft-focused donut & dessert shop in Orlando seeking a dependable overnight baker who works well independently and understands that consistency and timing matter. Experience with working dough, proofing, and frying s must!

This is a production-driven role ideal for someone who prefers overnight hours, stays focused without supervision and takes pride in setting the team up for success each morning. Must be food handler certified, willing to maintain proper sanitation, and clean up after themselves.

What You’ll Do

• Mix, fry, prep glaze, glaze, and finish donuts & pastries overnight

• Follow established recipes and production standards

• Opportunity for creating new product

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization

• Manage time efficiently to meet morning deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Specific DONUT MAKING experience a must

• Comfortable working overnight / late-night hours

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Able to work some weekends

• Detail-oriented and calm under production timelines
