About the Role:
Services For Fire & Police is looking for a driven and passionate Sales professional to join our team in Long Beach, CA! This is an exciting opportunity for career advancement with real growth opportunities 

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new client relationships 
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs 
  • Manage and build a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to close deals
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals
  • Cooperate and collaborate with management to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM software
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
