Are you a mental health professional with experience in crisis work with minors and their families? Ready to take on a leadership role? We're looking for a compassionate and organized leader to support and develop a team of direct care staff while ensuring high-quality, 24/7 services for youth and families. In this role, you will provide coaching, supervision, crisis support, and operational oversight, helping staff succeed and foster a positive, equity-centered team culture. As the Crisis Program Supervisor, you'll oversee scheduling, documentation, compliance, and program performance to ensure safety and effective youth-focused services. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide individual and group supervision, coaching, training, and support to direct care staff
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff development efforts
  • Foster a positive team culture grounded in anti-racism, anti-oppression, and equitable outcomes for youth, families, and staff
  • Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure safe and effective 24/7 program operations
  • Maintain awareness of all youth in care and ensure appropriate safety planning and crisis response
  • Respond to crises and provide consultation, guidance, and support to staff as needed
  • Review, approve, and provide feedback on documentation to ensure compliance, quality standards, and accurate billing
  • Monitor program performance, contract requirements, and required data tracking and reporting
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support program operation

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

  • Education/Experience Requirements:
    • Master’s degree in Social Work/Counseling/Psychology/Marriage & Family Therapy OR
    • Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience
    • Applicable experience can include paid or unpaid experience working with youth or families, working in a mental health setting or providing crisis support to youth
  • Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled ahead of time
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insurability through Senecas’ insurance policy
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements

PREFERRED:

  • Ability to work as part of and facilitate the development of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong critical-thinking, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Supervisory experience

SCHEDULE

  • Full-time; four 10-hour shifts per week
    • Option 1: Monday - Thursday, 4pm - 2am
    • Option 2 : Wednesday - Saturday, 8am - 6pm
  • Exact schedule can be determined with the program Director
  • Rotating on-call shift scheduled ahead of time

BENEFITS

  • Starting at $83,319 - $97,319per year
    • Actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications
    • Salary increase every year

    • Additional compensation upon passing the bilingual language proficiency exam
