VP Revenue Operations – Midwest – Ophthalmology & Optometry

SECTR Partners are partnered with a Leading multi-site Ophthalmology & Optometry company based in the Midwest who are seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Leader to oversee the day‑to‑day RCM function.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle daily RCM Operations from claims to collections
• Identify opportunities and implement strategies to optimize revenue, reduce denials, and enhance financial performance
• Lead and supervise in-house and external vendor revenue teams, including billing, coding, and compliance staff
• Collaborate with C‑suite and stakeholders to align RCM with company goals
• Ensure compliance with all Healthcare regulations, payer guidelines and billing practices
• Analyse performance metrics, identify revenue leakages and drive process improvements

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in revenue cycle management
• Multi‑site RCM experience
• Minimum 5 years team leadership
• Ophthalmology/Optometry experience preferred
• Multi‑site Healthcare experience non‑negotiable
