The Role
Act as the research and analysis function for the founder and leadership team. Deliver structured, decision-ready insights.
Responsibilities
Market Research
Analyze industries, competitors, and trends to identify opportunities.
• Evaluate pricing, positioning, product strategy, and growth models
• Identify trends and whitespace opportunities
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data
Membership & Business Model Analysis
Assess membership, retention, and monetization models across industries.
• Research programs across apparel, tech, and consumer sectors
• Analyze unit economics and customer behavior
• Compare free vs paid structures
• Deliver clear recommendations
Customer & Behavioral Insights
Understand drivers of purchase, retention, and engagement.
• Analyze purchasing behavior and repeat drivers
• Identify loyalty and engagement factors
• Translate insights into actions
Deliverables
Produce clear, decision-ready outputs.
• Build board-ready documents with summaries and data
• Create charts, comparisons, and concise reports
• Maintain clean structure and formatting
Ad Hoc Research
Answer targeted strategic questions as needed.
• Investigate specific topics quickly

Candidate Profile
