You’ll be the editorial engine behind client deliverables, which can include presentations, proposals, reports, and narrative-driven strategic materials- , ensuring alignment with SciVida’s high quality standards and consulting culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Substantively edit, proofread, and refine strategic business content to a high degree of accuracy across PowerPoint presentations, proposals, reports, and other materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, structure, and client-readiness.
  • Collaborate with consultants and scientific/medical subject matter experts to strengthen messaging, flow, and narrative cohesion.
  • Translate complex life science industry topics (i.e., clinical, scientific, medical, market access, or business strategy) into clear, compelling, audience-appropriate language.

  • Uphold accuracy and compliance when working with scientific or pharmaceutical information.
  • Contribute to the development of templates, editorial guidelines, and best practices for content creation.
  • For senior-level candidates: mentor team members on writing, narrative development, and editorial excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Creative Writing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional writing, editing, communications, or editorial management experience; title will correspond to experience level.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in life sciences, healthcare communications, pharmaceuticals, medical writing, or management consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify and synthesize complex scientific or technical content.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong aptitude for visual organization, storyline development, template creation, and slide-level communication.
  • Exceptional command of written English, editorial judgment, grammar, structure, and tone.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within fast-paced, dynamic, client-facing environments.
  • Experience in adjacent roles such as Marketing Communications, Technical Writing, Editorial Management, Content Strategy, or health engagement content development is highly valued.
