HVAC Superintendent – DFW

We’re working with a leading commercial contractor in the DFW area that is looking to add an experienced Mechanical/HVAC Superintendent to their team. This is a great opportunity to join an established company working on mid- to large-scale commercial projects with strong benefits and long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage mechanical construction activities from start to finish
• Supervise subcontractors, crews, and field operations
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and other trades
• Maintain project schedules, quality, safety, and productivity
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Help coordinate and troubleshoot mechanical systems in the field
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commercial construction experience as a Mechanical Superintendent
• Solid background in piping, plumbing, and HVAC
• Experience leading mid- to large-size commercial projects
• Strong understanding of mechanical plans, specifications, and installation
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Safety-focused with a hands-on approach to field management
